What beautiful places and amazing photography!
After a few months of dry weather, it has been raining a lot in Catalonia. This is great news for our forests, and it is also a great opportunity to enjoy the best views of our creeks, and waterfalls. A few days ago I got up early to capture a few photos in the Riera de Martinet (Martinet’s Creek). The last time I visited this place it was almost dry and now it is a pleasure to see and hear how the water runs free between the rocks!Do you like this photo? I have visited this amazing beech forest many times in the last years. For me it is so difficult to resist the temptation to walk along the peaceful footpaths, take pictures, relax, and forget daily worries. This is especially true in autumn, and a few days ago I decided to visit La Fageda d’en Jordà one more time. I got very lucky, I was able to enjoy the best colors of the season during a sunny and windless morning. Basically, all I needed to take great photographs of this beautiful place.Do you like this photo? Get Your Print or download it as Free HD Wallpaper
I recently did a short visit to Besalú; it’s a well preserved medieval town in the Girona province worth visiting. If you have not been yet there, I really recommend it. I arrived there late in the afternoon; it was getting dark quickly but I was wishing to take a photograph like this –with the long bridge as the main subject and Besalú in the background– for a long time.
